Excel 2008 : Help with Replace Formula....

Hey, wondering if any of you excel guru's can help me with a formula.....

Column H contains either blanks, a phone number or PMO Authorized. I am hoping to change all the cells that are blank or have a phone number with FALSE and all the cells with PMO Authorised to TRUE.

Any help would be appreciated.

try using SUBSTITUTE(H1,"PMO Authorized","FALSE")
