Help matching specific cells with a hierarchy find macro

I do not know if a macro is needed for this to work but I am trying to clean up a spread sheet and I need a specific macro to run since I have a sheet with over 18,000 lines on it.

The problem: All the data is in a line and I need to attach a specific number to the front of each material in the worksheet. I am not new to excel, just have not been able to find an answer to this problem.

I have attached the workbook with two sheets. The sheet labeled 'Original' is what the data looks like now. The sheet labeled 'New' is what I want the formulas or macro to do to the data. I also highlighted the EP# rows in the 'Original' Sheet.

My idea: To use the EP# cells to start a new search and groupings of the data.

This is for a bills of materials if that helps any.

    Thanks,

    Jason
