Reporting the value of one cell based off the value of another

Hi, first post, so thanks in advance for your help. This is hopefully straightforward, but I couldn't find anything on this.

I'm trying to report the value of one cell based off the value of another.

For example:
Column A has temperature readings
Column B has a variable recorded at the temperature specified in column A

I want to find the minimum value of Column B, and then report the temperature at which that value was read. So if B10 contains the minimum value, I would like to have a formula that will report the value of the cell at A10.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
