Unhappy Find a value using multiple conditions

I know how to use SUMIF OR SUMPRODUCT but this one got me badly. I have the following columns of data: customer name, item description and sales by week # (the item description can repeat for different customers). I need to find the total sales for a particular customer name and item description knowing the week number. INDEX and MATCH would not work because there are two conditions. What to do then? Please help. Thank you. Tony.

Re: Find a value using multiple conditions

I forgot the attachment. Sorry, I am a new user and could not find the way to attach it.

Please see the attached dummy workbook. I would like to find the RICE 6PACK F/E 8X6/4 quantity for week 28 under BUY LOW FOODS LTD as an example. I wanted to use SUMPRODUCT but the column for week 28 may change (I want the formula to look for the column). INDEX and MATCH also would not work as I need 2 conditions: Customer and Item. Any help?

Thank you Martin! I did not think conecting the fields using "&" in the formula would do it. Thanks a lot!
