IF forrmula

=IF(E32=26,"USE",IF(E32=27,"USE",IF(E32=28,"USE","N/A"))), this my IF formula, works fine, the problem is E32, E32 is =PRODUCT(A32,C32), the IF formula just work...if E32 is with no formula, everything works fine, so anyone please help me out with this...tks!!!

You may need to post an example where it shows the problem. I'm not finding anything wrong with the formula. I'd probalby use this rather than the nested if formula, though.

here is what happen, cell E32 is the result of A32*C32, so i want to use the result in E32 which is a number and work it with the IF formula which will then tell if the result of E32 fall in 26,27or28 and display the USE or N/A...

i am thinking is it becos E32 result is of another formula, and the IF fomula can't work with it. what i am getting is even E32 have 26,27,28 the IF formula just don't work and show N/A for the 3 numbers which is surppose to show USE...

I'm not getting the same results. I've tested both your and my formulas with a formula in E32. Is your workbook set to manual calculations? Try pressing F9 and see if that updates. If not, I'm afraid without you posting an example, I'll be of no further help to you.
