Finding pre-installed templates 2010

I've been a 2007 user for a while now and when I wanted say and expense form or a calander or Purchase Order form template I would simply go to the orb button, click new, then choose a template.

I have just moved to 2010, and this may be really silly, but I can't seem to find them.

Can somebody help locate please?

File--->New...then select your template.
