adjustment of uneven cell widths in excel

I am attaching an excel file containing a form. THe cell widths are not adjusting to the data width. I tried with the mergecenter option but if i do that, if i place a formula the cell reference is going to disturb and formula is unable to place. Then with the advice of someone, i used autofit option from the format menu of the excel, but that is working only with the first column. when I tried with the middle of the cells, its not working.

I colored with RED to some text, I need to adjust those cell widths to the width of the data content of the cell.

Can anybody help me in this regard. I heartily thank in advance.
