Apply price every quarter

Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet which lists a number of clients, a price against each client, a contract start and contract end date as follows:

In the subsequent columns (which lists a number of months), I want to pull in the price from column E starting from the contract start date (e.g. as with the example above, the start date is June 15, so june 15 will equal 7k) however I then need to apply this price every 3rd month from the contract start date (e.g. as with the example above, 7k needs to appear in Sep 15 and then 0 for Oct 15 and Nov 15, then 7k in Dec 15 and so on) until the contract ends.

I'm been fiddling round with the offset function but to no luck.

Any help much appreciated
