Plotting: Offsetting series with same x axis values

I am trying to plot data that is in the format attached. Column A is the Day. Row 1 is the Month. For each Month/Day, the Data shown is frequency.

I want to create a frequency plot that for each day throughout the year. But in all my attempts at plotting, I end up with the month overlapping with each other on the plot since Column A is used as the x axis for each month.

I want the x-axis to be 'Month + Day' so the x-axis will start with Jan 1 and end at Dec 30.

Changing how the data is arranged (so that there is only 2 columns with column A being Month+Day) seems time consuming since this is a simple example to my actual data set.

I was thinking maybe I could plot each month as a series and add an offset for each month, but not sure how to do that?

Just build a set of chart data from your table.

Any reason why you have no data for the 31st day?
