Double IF

Hi all,

I think this is an easy one for you

I have two columns:
- in the first one cells are empty or filled
- in the second one cells are empty or filled

I want to put in the third column (C2) a formula saying:

if A2 is empty and B2 is filled give me YES
otherwise give me NO
