Automatically Fill Data Depending On Choice From Drop-down Menu

    Hi,
I have big problem doing the following:
I have 4 set of data for 4 regions into 4 different sheets and I have an Overall sheet where i have my drop down list. I want to be able to have the numbers related to each region gets displayed into the Overall sheet upon selecting from drop down menu. for example if i select Region 1 from the drop down menu the data inside Region 1 sheet gets displayed in the overall sheet.
I have attached my work sheet.
thanks a lot for teh help in advance

You can place this formula in the Overall sheet.
It will pull the data from the selected drop sheet for the matching cell (row & column).

    Mitraa,

The issue you are having is your drop down list of sheet names does not match your actual sheet names. Some sheets have trailing spaces, some list items have trailing spaces.

Attached is the workbook with an updated drop down list to match the sheets and the corrected formula:

Hi again, and one more question. what if I have two different drop down lists instead of one. is it still possible to do this with a revised code?
    thanks

What does the second drop down refer to?
What are you trying to limit?
If each group only has a certain section that they see, then in theory yes. It depends on how the sheets are set up.

the first drop down refers to a list of locations and the second drop down refers to a list of business unites inside the organization. I can have all in a long list but since their natures are different ideally I would like to have them in two different lists. the sheets are exactly the same as other sheets but with different names such as Sales, HR etc. I have attached the new worksheet. the new drop down is D4.

How are you going to determine which list to pull from?
Here is a formula that checks if the second list is selected, then use it otherwise use the first list.
