Help with a multiple column Web Query issue

So I've been trying to figure out how to get this to work for 2 days now and I'm still lost. Please someone help me!

I have a web query that pulls a table off of a site. However every time I refresh the table if I've put any data in the columns to the right of the web query that data stays in the same place while the entire query refreshes and moves down (see below).

This is before a refresh, column A is the web query column b was inputted manually
    A B
    1 new info
    2 newer info
    3 old info
    5 aged info

This is after the refresh. Note that aged info didn't move down a row with 5, that's my problem.
    A B
    1 new info
    2 newer info
    3 old info
    4 aged info
    5

I've tried changing every option under "properties" for the web query but nothing works.

So my new plan is to run 2 web queries one to get the original information and the other to basically find the info that I was manually inputting and then somehow compare the 2 queries and highlight the duplicates.

So, I should have one query(Query A) that spits out data like this:
    Name____Status

    Joe (555-5555)______happy
    Bill (555-5554)______sad
    Sam (555-5553)_____indifferent

And the other query(Query B) will spit out something like this:

    Name

    Bill
    Sam

I want to then have the first query highlight anything in the Name column for query A blue if it exists in the name column for query B. The problem is query A has some extra information in the Name column that isn't in the name column for query B (the phone numbers). So it'll need to search inside the cells for the text instead of just directly matching it up.

I've attached a sample spreadsheet to this post for review. Please help!!!

    Thank you,

    ~Aaron~
