LOOK up function in PDF????

Hi,

What im l am trying to do is have a quick reffrence to a location in a pdf.

like i want to be able to have the sections separated so that I can click the reffrence and it take me to that section

Example:

Environmetnal issues - "Section 3" I want to be able to click on section 3 and it take me to that section in the PDF.

Is this possible?
