    Excel 2003 workbook with pivot table errors"Refrence not valid" in 2010

    My company is going around upgrading our PC's from xp and Excel 2003 to Win 7 Office 2010. The upgrade has been put on hold until I can get this excel file fixed to work with Office 2010.

    The workbook was created in Excel 2003 and the creator is no longer with us.
    Its a workbook that we enter sales data in and has a different tab to dispaly the sales performance(Home many leads, AVg tkt, Closing percent, Totale revenue etc...)

    I will list the tabs and explain them the best I can.

    "Masterlog" Tab- This is the tab we enter all the information on. Cust name, Addy, lead source, Appt date, Sale or no sale etc. These are listed as heading across the top. Also some of the cells we enter in have drop down's to (Sale, No sale, Salesman exact name etc....)
    "Pivot table" tab- Yes this tab is named this This tab is our pivot report it grab all the info from the master log with drop down menu's to display results. CLosing %'s, Total revenue, Avg tkt etc..
    "Lists" tab: this tab has the lists for the drop down menus for the master log. Lead sources, salesman's names, and some other drop down menu items.

    This workbook will open fine and refresh in excel 2003. When I open in 2010 it dispalys Run time Error"1004" refrence not valid debug or end. I click end then it displays "reference not valid" 3-4 times.

    I have searched google for about 3 weeks with no solution.
    I hope someone can help me.
    If you need more detailed info on the workbook please let me know.
    Thanks

    I think I may have finally figured out the issue.
    Under Formulas-> Name manager
    I noticed a the name Database but it was listed 4 times.
    It was listed 3 times with a bad link to our sharepoint webstie.

    The correct link is "=OFFSET('Master Log'!$A$1,0,0,COUNTA('Master Log'!$A:$A),29)"

    I deleted the other bad links at the workbook seems to be working 100%. No more Refrence not Valid.

    Just thought I would pass along the update.
