How Do I Add Multiple Cells?

I am new to the forum and have a formula question. Refer to the attachment. I want to add M3 with B4 and C4. I want the result in N3. I want to follow this same pattern down the N column. For example I want N4 to equal M4+B5+C5. Any ideas on a formula I can use so I don't have to keep auto-summing for every row in the N column?

Before I do that, I just realized that your post title doesn't conform to forum rules. Please take a look at the rules and change your title accordingly.
