Excel 2007 : How to Create a Color Drop Down List

I am looking to create a color drop down list. For instance, on the excel sheet, there are already values in that cell. I click on that cell, it drops down the list showing colors for me to choose. I choose the color and the cell will change to the color but also keeping the text within the cell. Is this possible to do on an Excel spreadsheet?
