Converting text to time issue

Hello All.

I have here one serious issue about converting number(text) to time value.
For example, I have exported some data from testing which was measured in times. Those times are in accured value. like 19:04:31.605 -> 19: is PM time 04 is minutes and 31.605 are seconds...... In those format its like pure text, because excel cant recognize 31.605 as seconds. I must manually transform "." to "," like "31,605", and after that, i should use it as time value and use it in Graphs and tables. But I have thousands of those time values.

I need to tell excel, that he must change "." to ",".... Or some better ways...

Can anybody help with this issue?

One easy way is to use Replace All... Just do CTRL + H and replace all "." to ","

So many years of practise and I dont know about this function ;-)
