Excel 2007 : Problem in autocompletion of data

Hi,

I am facing problem in preparing a table where i want the data to be automatically completed based on the data range and input i have provided.

I am enclosing sample worksheet for reference. In this worksheet I have controlled input value in cell L2 using data validation range present in column N. In column A and B I have provided data range. I am struggling to get the corresponding values of column B (ex: 3242) matching the number (ex: 1 in column A and cell L1). I tried using VLOOKUP function but it is only allowing me to select first value and remaining values are coming automatically.

So can anyone help me to manage this so that if I enter value 1 in cell L1 then corresponding values to number 1 in column B is automatically entered in ascending order in Column D.
