Combine multiple columns of text into 1 long column

Need a way to combine multiple columns of varying lengths into 1 long column like I have laid out on the attached excel file. There could be anywhere from 10-1000 columns each with as many as 10-100 rows of data. The headers of each column MUST not be included in column A.Thanks.
