Conditional Format on date driving me mad

Hi Guys,

I need a conditional format formula that looks at the date and says if less that 14 days old cell colour green, if 15 to 25 days old sell colour red, if 26 days old or older cell colour red.

The range of cells it needs to apply to is B5:B325 in the attached sheet.

I have tried lots of different formulas but none work, plus its late on a Friday afternoon here, its hot and sunny and I am stuck inside doing reports on the last day of the month when I should be out on my jet ski......

Select B5:B325 and invoke Conditional Formatting.

Green Rule:

=AND(B5<TODAY(),B5>=TODAY()-14)

Yellow Rule:

=AND(B5>=TODAY()-25,B5<=TODAY()-15)

Red Rule:

=AND(B5<>"",B5<=TODAY()-26)

I am not sure, but you cells don't seem to be real dates.. they seem to be text.

If the format doesn't work, select the B range and go to Data|Text to Columns. Click Next, then Next again, then select Date from column data format and then DMY from adjacent drop down and click Finish.
