    Cutting Formula?

    Is there a cutting formula to cut out unwanted info in a cell? Example;

    Cell 1= 1009 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36604 » Map (251) 438-4729

    Cell 2= 401 3rd Ave, Ashford, AL 36312 » Map (334) 899-4636

    Can I cut everything after the zip code to look like this below

    Cell 1= 1009 Dauphin St, Mobile, AL 36604

    Cell 2= 401 3rd Ave, Ashford, AL 36312

    I have over 10 thousand cells like this and it will save me days of formatting if there's a way. Thank you in advance

    Do they all have the preceeding >> in them.

    If so, select the column and go to Data|Text to Columns and select Delimited, click Next.

    Select Other and enter >> in the empty adjacent box.

    Click Finish.
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
