Help with renaming Lists and Macros

I have worksheet tabs, ie "Sarah", "Sarah Data" "Dave", "Dave Data", "Joe", "Joe Data", etc. Now I have some Macros and Lists created with these names:

Example:
Macros:
Data_Sarah
Home_Sarah

Lists:
List1_Sarah (Sarah Data worksheet)
List2_Sarah (Sarah Data worksheet)
MonthNames_Sarah (Sarah worksheet)
MonthTable_Sarah (Sarah Data worksheet)

Now when Sarah is no longer with us I have rename her Worksheets to another employee. So when I rename the worksheet tabs to, "Mike" and "Mike Data" all the Macros and Lists still has "Sarah". Is there any way that a macro can be made to change the Lists and Macros to "Mike". Right now I have to manually make those changes to the Lists and Macros and it is a pain in the but.
