Question Conditional Formatting when cell value changes in a Column

    Hello Everybody,

In my excel table, I have a Column to total Money transactions in the particular row.
I require two conditional formatting in this column
    1. Whenever value in this row is greater than previous row, font color should be Green
    2. Whenever value in this row is lesser than previous row, font color should be Red

I have searched a lot on this forum [and also in Google] and somehow am unable to get this to work.

Could you please help me with this?
    Thanks in Advance...

    Cheers
    Sudan

P.S. I have no idea how to add VBA scripts to excel. Hence, can this formatting be done without any VBA scripts?

Thumbs up Re: Conditional Formatting when cell value changes in a Column

    Viola! Its done.

    Thanks a lot Marcol.

P.S. One thing that I was missing while creating the Conditional Formatting is that I was not taking the Active Cell (and hence the active row) into consideration
