upload your spreadsheet > go advanced > manage attachments (this is so people do not have to mock up your senario) then describe the before and after ie what are you expecting the result to look like.

As i am not entirely sure what it is you want to do at the moment!

    a few questions:

The tab - "what i want it to look like" does NOT have the following headings from col a of "when i copy and paste" tab

    is this correct?

    Question 2

Do you copy one record at a time or are cols b through whatever usually populated with records. Basically it looks like your data is exorting the wrong way round.

Where does your raw data come from? you said form? what form?

Yeah sorry bout that, i do need all the columns

ok, what i do at the moment is I receive a lead from my lead company however it isn't in CSV format and I have asked them and they can't send them through to me in CSV, so what i thought i would like to do is copy the lead and paste in my excel spreadsheet each time I receive a lead, therefore I would only need the headings one across the top of the page and then each time i press paste I would like the data from the lead to go into the right columns across the page.

If it makes it easier I could email you a copy of what comes through to me from the lead company

    Regards Jodie

Have you tried adapting the code that I posted the link to?

Thanks Roy, but I don't understand codes.

I thought it would be an easy copy and paste but it is quite difficult:
