Excel 2007 : A way to copy a cell X amount of times

Hi I have about 2000 different cells that all need to be copied X amount of times each. this number X, varies.

So for instance if I have the cells

"Hello" and a cell next to it "44" and underneith it
"Goodbye" and a cell next to it "10"


I would want hello to appear 44 times in a single column, and underneath this, Goodbye 10 times. ..

Dont ask me where i got helllo and goodbye from :D.. haha

this macro will look in column A for the text to be repeated, in column B for the number of repeats per item and will write the output to column C
