Page break set in printing function

I am not sure how to change the page break function on a printable document. In 2003, in print preview you could specify how you wanted the pages to break and I can't seem to find where you can do that in 2007. Once that have previously been setup in 2003 still print correctly, but I can't get a new one set to print on two pages instead of just one. Thanks for help on this.

I can select a row or column in a print area and then right click on it to get a choice "Insert Page Break". Then it will divide the print area.

You might need to set the print area first.
