Excel 2007 : Converting code for a named range

Hi everybody,
I have a formula I love, but it applies to the whole worksheet rather than a named range. It inserts a row after a change in values. In this case, it will insert a row after a change in column 14 or "N". My question is, how do I get this to work only for a named range?
