Interval-wise data

Hello, this is my first post, I'm new to excel and would need your support to automate few of my reports that I was preparing manually so far.

I have attached the worksheet that contain both the raw data and the output I'm looking at.

Actually, I want to capture the interval-wise data for comparison and so far I'm doing it manually.

Is this updated in real-time?

So for example, right now you'd want to see the 10:00, 09:30 and 09:00 results in the output?

If so, the attached should work.
