Problems in creating a listbox()

I want to have a list box with the following "Jan,Feb,Mar, etc".

When the month has been selected, I want it to run a VBA script I have created.

How can I do this? It's been a while since I have done this and can't remember how.

This example puts your list box on a worksheet (as opposed to a userform).
