    Question Ranking and ties

    Instead of numbers being ranked:

    1 2 2 2 5 6 6 8

    I would like it to be:

    1 4 4 4 5 7 7 8

    So I get the high value instead of the low value.

    Re: Ranking and ties

    Instead of using

    =RANK(A2,$A$2:$A$10)

    you could instead use:

    =COUNTIF($A$2:$A$10,">="&A2)

    (That would be if you wanted to rank your highest value as #1, otherwise you would need to use <= in the formula)
