index match from multiple sheets

Hello friends

In excel 2003 i have three sheets
calculate
fsr_ngp
fsr_akl

Now i have taken data from fsr_ngp with below formula and its work perfectly.
=INDEX(FSR_NGP!$C:$C,MATCH(I5,FSR_NGP!$F:$F,0))

But i required data from fsr_akl sheet if some data in this sheet with using above formula.

In view of the above confirm
