Finding items between Two Spreadsheets

Hi All,

I have two spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet A: Asset numbers are all listed in column B.

Spreadsheet B: Asset numbers are all listed in column D. However, this spreadsheet contains way more assets than spreadsheet A.

How can find all my assets from spreadsheet A in spreadsheet B and select each of their rows.

Please help! Thank you.

Hi,

If my understanding is correct...
If you want to check whether the same assets are there between a & b, then V lookup is the best option.
If you could attach the spread sheet..will try to help you
