Insert current info on the clipboard as a hyperlink into a cell

I have a file name(eg. C:\Users\BD\Desktop\Book1.xlsx) copied onto my clipboard. Is there a macro to insert it as a hyperlink in the active cell?

If possible I would like to keep the friendly name as "Link" for all insertions.
    Thx!

    Works great, thanks!

What if I wanted to display the file name (eg. "Book1") instead of "link". Is this easy to do?

There's probably a better way, but:
