I have a question regarding Pivot Tables in Excel 2007.
So, I'm basically trying to get the pivot table to calculate the percentage of our reports that our contacts read.
Check out the attached graphic for clarification.
Here is how it works.
In order to the get "Total" which is the total number of times a person reads our report, it's simply a count of "View Count" or how many times a person reads our report. This count function is found in the "Values Box" of the field list.
So, what I am trying to do is to divide "Total" by "Total Reports" and have it as a field which I will call "%Read".
That way, I can sort it by the greatest "%Read" , then sort it by company, then by contact, etc.
I'd really appreciate your help.
