    Question IF then/Statements

    I'm trying to utlize drop downs with yes/no in multiple cells to provide a statement in another cell. Here goes, by the way everyone is great in this forum.

    If no is entered in cell D5 and yes is entered in cell D13 then cell D15 will display "skip this question".
