    median if with multiple criteria

Hi, I am looking for a simple way to calculate the median time under specific criteria. For example, in the attached sample I need to be able to calculate the median time per category per month - and per year and per site if possible....

Am I asking too much? I know you can do this with AVERAGEIFS, but I can't work out the syntax for a MEDIANIFS

    Thanks!

    Ruth
