Pulling the top 3 values (and other columns associated with those values) from a list

    Hi guys,

So I have an attached sample database below. What I am trying to do is list my top 3 customers in terms of sales based on a table using multiple criteria.

    Criteria #1: Year = 2011

    Criteria #2: Region = US

So in the example I provided, there are 4 customers all with sales in the US region for 2010 and 2011. I need the formula to evaluate only those sales in the US and in 2011, and then find the largest 3 values of the sales column and list those in the orange boxes (along with the customer number as well).

Can anyone crack this for me?

    Thanks in advance!

    see attatchment

Note: array formula is used and should be confirmed though Ctrl+Shift+Enter instead of Just Enter

Thanks for the response. I see exactly what your formula is doing and why it works, however for some reason the IF statement of my formulas is not evaluating it right. I am getting a FALSE value back even when I completely copy your formula that works over to my actual worksheet..

Here is my worksheet that is much more similar to the one I'm actually using. The formula is in red, can you see what I'm doing wrong here? The rest of the formula is a no brainer.

    Thanks!
