Search Column and Return Row associated

New to forum guys and this is beating me down. All of the spreadsheet are words and not numbers. What I'm trying to do is search column A for the word Wayne. If column A contains the word Wayne then i want it to give me the information in the same row as Wayne. Wayne may appear 5 or 6 times in column A and I want all of the results from those rows. Here is another problem though I've found, I want to be able to search for different words that are in column A (not just Wayne). I'm not real familiar with all the excel stuff and it's getting the best of me. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

I'm a idiot and was trying to overthink everything. The sort and filter function works fine for what I was trying to achieve. Sorry to waste your time! I'll be back soon enough with a real problem! lol
