Format transpose

Hi,
I have Excel sheet of data that is like this one, but far more records:
Cust ID Region Item 1/1/11 2/1/11 3/1/11 4/1/11 5/1/11
113 SE 123 121 123 456 12 245
243 SW 129 125 103 456 12 235
713 NE 727 111 133 45 122 265
223 W 423 782 123 456 12 335
I need to convert it to this below, and the above is not a pivot table. Is there a way to do this easly since the atuall data sheet is a few hundred records?

I've written some VBA to convert these type of CrossTab reports to Excel Tables. See if the attahed doesn't help.
