    Drop Down scroll from Top

    Hi..
    I need a help
I have set the Data Validation as "list" from another sheet. The list range is having 30 rows. Some items are blank in the list. But when I click the drop down arrow, the list is not showing from the 1st item but the it goes to the last 8 items (item no 23-30). How can I make it to show from item no 1 (ie 1-8)
I have attached a sample file.
Hope to see some help here
    Thanks
    Tom

Change the formula for your "NAME" named range to:

    =OFFSET(NAMES!$D$3,0,0,COUNTA(NAMES!$D:$D),1)

This will expand if you add more names and leaves out the blanks - have a look here for an explanation http://www.contextures.com/xlnames01.html
