    Copying an Array Formula

    Hi,

I'm currently trying to copy an array formula down the last column within a large table and make the cell references dynamic, but they keep going back and referencing the top row of the table. For example, I have in my first row a string of numbers and in the last cell of the row I have the formula:

    =max(if(D7:DZ7>0,D7:DZ7,"NA"))

I type this in with the entire last column of the table highlighted (where I want the max if to go), but the range (D7:DZ7), does not change. So, the next rows formula shows the exact same amount with an identical formula, instead of showing D8:DZ8. Any help would be much appreciated!

did you put a $ sign in the cell reference like DZ$7?
    delete it.

    Re: Copying an Array Formula

I got it. Oddly enough, it apparently didn't like me copying the formula and then pasting down with the formula still highlighted. Once I dropped to the cell immediately below the cell copied and then copied down, it worked without any troubles. Thanks.
