    IF Functions

    this is what i need the if function to do

    Employees who have worked for more than 5 years get 4 weeks of vacation, those who have worked more than 3 years earn 3 weeks, and all other employees are entitled to 2 weeks. This is a basic nested if function.
    i dont know how to do it.

    starting with the first person I4=3 years (i can drag onto the rest of the rows)

    btw this is an assinghment due tommorow
