    Smile Index Match returns 0

    I am trying to get the corresponding letters in Column A Result sheet to align with the dates/letters from the table in Archive.

    Formula returns 0
    [=INDEX(Result!A1:A35,MATCH($A$2,Result!$B$1:$B$40,FALSE),1)]

    Can anyone help please.
