Copy information from cell in below cell(s)

What my problem is: I'd like to copy the information in the yellow cell to the cell(s) below. Is there a formula I can execute to solve my problem?

Examples:
a) Value in A1 must be copied in cell A2
b) Value in A5 must be copied in the cells A6-A12.

Do you want to overwrite the information in the cells - A2 and A6-12, i.e. A1 and A2 would contain the same value?

My table has 3000 rows. And the range of cells to be overwritten is always different.

How does the code determine which cells need to be copied and where? You have said the range of cells to be overwritten will always be different.
