How Input and Output value to be change by mutual formula

Simple doubt... I need to give value for A1 and B1 and by adding I can take the value output in C1.
Is it possible now if i change the C1 value to check the output correspondingly to A1 and B1 only... with simple I can say, Input and Output if any one i am changing both should vary correspondingly. How the formula will come now...
Note:
If I am creating formula for A1 or C1 im getting the error that circular reference and its showing some crossed lines.
plz clear me...
