Populate Data as I Type?

I'm having a lot of difficulty finding an answer as to how to do this, but (please view attached spreadsheet):

I'd like to be able to type in a team name (e.g., Team Y, Team C) into either the Away or Home column (in any row) on the 'Matchup' sheet, and have their respective data being pulled from the East and West sheets to display in the same column directly to the right (Away Offense, Away Defense, Home Offense, Home Defense) on the 'Matchup' sheet.

Please let me know if you'd like more information - I appreciate the assistance!
