Varying color cells

# I have a sheet that varies in colour from green to yellow to orange to red FAINTLY all in a cell from 1 - 101 (changing in percentage). I want these colors to be respected by 2 or more eclipse created to vary according to the colors in the cell. Do i get help here?[/

# I have attached the same archive but with some edits in spreadsheet "Plan 3" where the rows of the colors in the spreadsheet are respected in 5 intervals making them 20 different colors to be respected to form a 1-100% scheme.This situation will be the condition the 2 Conjuntos, A and B from the spreadsheets "conjuntos" will respect everytime it changes in percentage.

for example.Lets imagine conjunto A and B are cities where when there is power outage for a minuite for this case,the conjunto(which ever one that has power outage for a minuites) will increases in percentage so; for every 5 percentage in increase or more,i want the conjuntos to change according to the 20 of 5 intervals of the colors from the rows.
