    Delete Rows

    I have posted this on Mr Excel and Woodies, but o response, and I really need it quickly. I would like a formula/macro that would delete all rows where the words "Service Requester", "SR Contract", and/or "Total" appear in the respective cell in column A. One caveat: the respective cell in column A may contain other text/numbers/symbols than the three words/phrases I am looking for.
