    Vlookup or something

    Hi guys,

I have that huge database, which contains accounts for several agents that work for us. Each agent has sales and etc. under his name and I should separate that in different tables. (autofilter is not an option). I have tried using vlookup formula, but it stops after the first subscription as the names are repeating. When i put numbers after each name it works, but it's about as much work as manually copy-pasting them in the new tables.
Here is the formula I have used:

    =IF('C:\[Solid 2011.xlsm]09.2010'!$A$3:$S$936=$A5;FALSE;VLOOKUP($A5;'C:\[Solid 2011.xlsm]09.2010'!$A$3:$S$936;4;FALSE))

Please give me a suggestion for an alternative formula
    Thanks and regards.

    Hi Fixa

I'd try to leave all the data on a single worksheet and either do AutoFilters, Advanced Filters or Pivot Tables on the data instead of trying to move it to separate worksheets based on agents names.

Supply a sample worksheet and we can see what you have and give a better suggestion.
Click on Go Advanced and then the Paper Clip Icon to supply a sample.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
