I have a Sales report with a day-to-day tab, which shows the total daily figures for each transaction type (sales order, sales invoice etc.) Day by day.JPG

When I run the report overnight it will add the figures for 20111103 to the row labels filter. However I will have to manually select from the filter to show the data on the pivot table.

This report is saved in various locations and am I am wondering if there is way to have the row labels filter automatically pull in the new data so that I don't have to go through each saved copy manually?

Currently I use a macro to run and refresh the report overnight and save all the copies - perhaps I could incorporate code in the macro to pull in the new data when it refreshes?
